Returns
You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as nappies, wipes, or other personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
